Customer Reviews:
Avril Cooke (Monday, 01 September 2008) Rating: This book is excellent. It is very readable and the author has gone to great lengths to tell you all you need to know about raw food. It is full of interesting facts and well resourced. It is not a recipe book but the author does give a framework for preparing basic raw food dishes.I highly recommend it.
