The solid sheets are used to keep wet, moist or sticky food where it belongs. They are needed to make foods such as crackers, cookies, fruit rollups, purees, almond meal and more. For ease of use we recommend getting a solid tray for each tray of your dehydrator to allow you to make large batches when needed.
All extras are compatible with HARVEST MAID Dehydrators.
