We've searched high and low over the last year, and we're glad to finally be able to offer you raw, certified organic coconut oil. This oil has only been gently dried before being processed into oil (kept below temperatures that might damage it). It's pure virgin coconut oil, made from fresh coconuts within an hour of them being opened. Now that's fresh! Best of all it still contains the magical essence of coconut. It has the most delicious coconut smell. Recipe Ideas For a simple pina colada just blend fresh pineapple, with water, a spoon of coconut oil, and ice for a delicious summer drink. Or make a banana smoothie with banana, water and coconut oil with ice for a tropical banana treat. You'll be amazed at how many ways you find to use coconut oil! It's also great as a skin moisturizer and great to wear outdoors. Please note Coconut oil is very stable and not effected by light. In the tropics over a two year period it was tested at ambient temperature with no sign of rancidity. Tropical oils are exceptionally stable. |
