The teflex sheets are really great to use in the excalibur dehydrator. I bought them in bulk (8 at the time) and think, they are good value for money. I use it for nut breads, biscuits etc. Everything that's too liquid to put on the mesh tray. I do find them a bit hard to clean though ... any ideas of how to best clean them after use?

Great to use. They are easy to use, easy to wash and means you make runny things that would normally fall through the mesh tray. Good investment.

Whoever thought of this concept should be given a medal! Dehydrating is made so much easier and versatile with the addition of these sheets. Because you can put wet mixture on them, you are able to make cookies, burgers, etc. They are very easy to clean and hard wearing. You will need at least three or four for convenience. If you have a dehydrator, these are simply a must have.

It's a must for things like crackers, bread and cookies.

You'll need these for blended mixes containing fruit and veges, dough and fruit rolls. They're large, and don't leave wasted space on trays. They're also double sided, so you can flip-flop em down any way you like! Mixes like ground sprouted grains that tend to take sticking pretty seriously come off fairly easy once they've been dehydrated long enough. To Jane, who said she had trouble cleaning them: just put them on a clean table or your kitchen bench, and wipe them down. You may need 2 or 3 goes for some residue, but the teflex is happy to shed it, and it doesn't take long.
