It's a general primer for anyone with any health issue that they want to heal. I learned so much. The theory of disease is really interesting, and there's a great section on juice feasting too. There's also a trailer of the documentary at www.rawfod30days.com and the movie is in the Raw Pleasure shop "DVD - Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes In 30 Days". We saw the movie at Raw Spirit in Sedona this year, and what we all loved about it most is that it's not hyped, and you could show it to anyone. They took a group of type 2 diabetes and within days had them all off insulin, and at the end of 30 days the changes were just amazing. |
